Why Us?

You can only fill them to the “Full” line marked on the bins. Any higher than that poses a safety risk. We might not be able to remove bins which are overfilled.


We do accept “same day delivery” orders, but please note that these orders must be received before 12pm. Same day delivery orders received after 12pm will be delivered the next day.


Once you have chosen your skip bin and successfully paid for your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of your order. If you have not received an email confirmation within 10 minutes, please call our customer service team to confirm your order status.


During the ordering process, you can tell us exactly where you want your bin to be placed on your property. When specifying your bin location, please make sure it’s a position that’s fully accessible by our Skip Bin trucks (e.g. not behind fences or locked gates.
